This patient is a 56 year-old female who was diagnosed with a left breast cancer following a prior lumpectomy for a right breast cancer. She decided to have bilateral mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction. She wanted reconstructed breasts that were similar in size to her natural breasts. She did very well throughout the breast reconstruction process and is very pleased with her postoperative result.
